(3) Payment, Purchase, Refund, Return and Cancellation
3.1 Payment PolicyPayment conditions are explicitly outlined on the website and in the Parent School Agreement. 3.1.1 Payment MethodsThe following payment methods are accepted:

3.1.2 Currencies and SurchargesThe accepted currency is EURO. If currency conversion is required, a surcharge may apply. The exact surcharge amount will be communicated during the payment process before completing the transaction. 3.1.3 Withdrawal Methods and TimeframesWithdrawal methods (refunds or reimbursements) apply only in specific circumstances and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. 3.2 Purchase of Education, Food, Transportation Services, Extracurricular Activities and Branded Materials 3.2.1 General ConditionsBy purchasing services or goods, you agree to:
provide accurate and complete information;
adhere to payment deadlines;
comply with cancellation policies.
3.2.2 Collection of FeesTrinity Private School collects fees from parents or guardians and makes payments to relevant service providers on their behalf to ensure service provision.
3.3 Return Policy 3.3.1 Return ConditionsEducation Services Returns are not applicable due to the intangible nature of education services. Exceptional cases may be reviewed at the School’s discretion. Goods (School Supplies, Merchandise) Returns are allowed within 14 days only if goods are defective, unused, and undamaged.
3.3.2 Refund ConditionsEducation Services Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances such as school closure or program cancellation. Goods Refunds are processed if return conditions are met and issued via voucher or original payment method.
3.3.3 Return and Refund TimeframesEducation Services: requests reviewed case-by-case; must be submitted within 60 days prior to program start.
Goods: return requests within 14 days from delivery.
3.3.4 Limitations and ExclusionsRefunds may exclude:
administrative fees (education services);
personalized or customized items;
damaged or altered items;
digital or downloadable products.
3.3.5 Return and Refund ProcessRequests must be submitted to admission@trinity.cy and include:

Customers may bear return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. 3.3.6 Cancellation of Extracurricular ActivitiesExtracurricular activities cannot be cancelled due to planning requirements. Customers may request a change of activity at least 30 days in advance, subject to availability. 3.3.7 Exceptions and ModificationsReturn and refund policies may be updated without prior notice. Updates will be published on the website. 3.4 Cancellation Policy 3.4.1 Termination of AgreementCustomers may terminate the agreement by submitting a written request to admission@trinity.cy, including:

The request must be submitted at least 60 days in advance. 3.4.2 Conditions of TerminationTermination becomes effective on the specified date if notice requirements are met.
3.4.3 Cancellation / Termination Refund PolicyEducation services: refunds at the School’s discretion; administrative fees may be retained.
Food and transportation services: refunds may be issued as vouchers.
Extracurricular activities and branded materials: refunds generally not available; vouchers may apply.
3.4.4 Purchase CancellationMistaken purchases may be cancelled on the same day by contacting the School via email or phone. Refunds follow the applicable refund policy.
